Hexaconazole is a unique systemic triazole fungicide, acting as protective, curative and eradicant with strong antisporulant and translaminar action. It is potent ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor. Ergosterol, a principal sterol in most fungi is an indispensable component in the membrane structures.
